Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payments through a secure card payment platform. In the event that any of our goods are listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error, error in pricing information from our suppliers or due to any omission on our behalf or for any other reason whatsoever, we shall have the right to refuse to accept any order from you or to cancel any order received from you based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been accepted. In either event we reiterate that an order will only be accepted by us as a legally binding contract once the goods ordered by you have been dispatched to you by us. In ALL cases shipping to an alternative address will NOT be allowed (until permission has be granted and certainly not with the first order); the order must be delivered to the cardholder address. This is for your protection as well as ours. Subsequent orders can be shipped to an alternative address such as friend, family or place of work. We use a signed for, trackable, delivery service in all cases.

ALL GOODS ORDERED ON THIS SITE WILL BE DELIVERED BY OUR COURIERS (and in some cases by Royal Mail). Our couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver your order.  If there is nobody to receive the goods the courier will leave a card advising you to call your local depot. If they are unable to deliver the goods and you do not contact them, they will return the goods to us. We are charged £7.00 by the couriers for the return of ALL failed deliveries, and we must pass this charge onto the customer. If the goods are returned to us then the cost of your order will be automatically refunded, less the original shipping charge and the £7.00 charge made by the courier to return the goods to us.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive looks as if it may be damaged or has been tampered with, you should refuse the package. If you are not able to examine the contents of the package in the presence of the courier, then you must sign for the goods as ‘Unchecked'. We are not able to proceed with any transit claim against the carrier if the goods are signed for as being received in ‘Good Condition'. Your goods should only be signed for by the consignee. If instructions are left for the courier such as ‘Leave parcel in shed' etc then we will not be liable for any items that go missing and have not been signed for

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card processing is handled by a high security system and is approved by all the high street banks. All credit card information is processed  by a secure clearance platform; we do not even get to see your card details.

For your added protection, we reserve the right to insist on orders being shipped to the registered cardholder’s address. This is for the protection of the genuine cardholder, if the order is requested to be shipped to an address other than the cardholder it will be flagged as a potential fraud. Visa and MasterCard have developed authenticated payment capabilities to improve online transaction security and to help encourage the growth of e-commerce. By creating a virtual signature in the form of a password chosen by you when you sign up, Visa and MasterCard hope to move toward providing a safer online commerce experience for Cardholders.

Warranty.  Please refer to our “Warranty information page” before contacting us our making a return.

Returns Policy. We operate a strict but fair returns policy. If you believe that the product is faulty, you must log into your account on our website and choose the "contact us" option within 48 hours of delivery. It is important you do this so that we have a full written record of all products being returned to us. Our support team will work with you in an attempt to resolve the issue via e-mail. If we are able to confirm that an item is faulty, then we will arrange collection of the faulty goods. If we are unable to confirm the item as faulty, we may issue you with a ‘Returns’ number authorising you to return the goods to us for testing. Initially, this will be at your own cost.  However if subsequently the goods are found to be faulty we will issue a refund of the cost of the carriage, subject to proof of posting including cost up to maximum of £6.99.

We recommend using a signed for service to return the goods to us. If they are not sent using a signed for service, then please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting (this is free of charge) which will serve as your proof of posting should Royal Mail mislay your parcel. We are only responsible for the goods after we have received them. Occasionally, the warranty on a product is covered directly by the manufacturer. If this is the case, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer's own technical support team for initial troubleshooting and support. This is not because we don't want to help, but sometimes the manufacturer's own technical support team will be in a better position to help as it has greater expertise in its own products. In addition, if we have to return the item to them, we first need their authorisation reference which will be given to you during the telephone call. Following this procedure will ensure the quickest resolution and replacement of the faulty product. We sometimes get emails from customers who believe that the blank media they have bought from us is faulty because it will not write. In over 95% of cases this is not due to a faulty disc, but due to out of date firmware on the customer's DVD writer. Before contacting us please visit the drive manufacturer’s firmware FAQ page.

Cancel Contract Under the EC Distance Selling Directive.  You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you cannot cancel your contract if you have taken items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you. To cancel a contract, please inform us in writing within seven working days following delivery. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods and notice of your cancellation of the order, we will make the appropriate refund. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any relevant sum credited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the goods being returned. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Website Content. The product descriptions on our website are written to the best of our knowledge. We always recommend checking the product against the manufacturer’s own specification on its website to ensure you are purchasing the correct product to suit your requirements. Please use the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) of the product displayed on our website against the product on the manufacturer's website.
